About
I'm Nick Psanoudakis. I live in Perth, and I've spent more than ten years helping organisations work out what to do and then actually do it.
How I got here
I trained as a mechanical engineer and studied commerce at UWA, then started out as a consultant at Nous Group. From there I led strategic planning and new initiatives at Murdoch University, ran corporate strategy at Bankwest, and led improvement projects across South32's global operations.
I trained as an engineer, and I still enjoy a good process map.
In 2023 I went independent. I now advise universities, not-for-profits and other organisations through NCP Co, coach and train leaders and small business owners, and co-found businesses on the side.
Before that I was COO at AptoNow, a consulting and software start-up.
Outside work I'm into health and fitness, mainly CrossFit, weightlifting and powerlifting, and I used to play semi-professional soccer in the WA National Premier League.
I'm also a Certified Scrum Master and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
