I help people and businesses solve problems.
I'm Nick, a strategy advisor based in Perth. I work with leadership teams, managers and small business owners on strategy, operations and putting AI to work. I find pride in solving the messy problems that don't fit neatly elsewhere, or solving groups of problems that usually require multiple teams at 10x the price.
Alongside helping others, I'm building a few ventures of my own.
Just a guy trying to help individuals and businesses operate better, including my own.
What I do
Advisory and consulting
Strategy, process improvement, operating models and digital transformation, including embedding AI into how an organisation works. I deliver through NCP Co and bring in senior advisors, analysts and specialists when a project needs a team.
I pride myself on delivering exceptional value for my clients. Check the testimonials below.
Coaching and training
One-to-one coaching for owners and people stepping into bigger roles, leadership programs inside organisations, in-house workshops for teams, and public workshops for small business owners.
I love building people's capability and seeing them grow professionally and personally.
Ventures
I've founded and help run three businesses. HTP is a premium electrolyte brand, crgo. builds premium container gyms in Perth, and MobiPet sends vets to your home after hours.
And yes, crgo. really is a gym built inside a shipping container.
Organisations I've worked with lately
I've helped organisations across the board, from ASX 100 companies to small sole operators.
